This Pez dispenser is a Eerie Spectres Soft Head Diabolical Monster and it is the vintage no feet style. The soft head was made in Hong Kong and the dispenser body was made in the USA. It is not in a package. It appears to be in good condition with a couple of minor melt marks on the black body. The patent dates it to about 1974.. I will combine shipping charges on multiple purchases that are paid for and shipped together.
