Mom found my old pez collection. Most are in good condition, as this is. The spring and head attatchment are good and work fine. The head is a tiny bit loose but firmly attatched. Sorry, he does NOT have the mustache. Please inspect pictures for condition. I am not a collector and selling as is with no returns. Thanks for looking and good luck.
