Vintage Czechoslovakia made glass beads strand. Baby blue, pink & white. All are vintage handmade Mardi Gras beads, from the 1920s and 30s.

Genuine Czech Glass Mardi Gras necklaces or \"beads\" were produced exclusively in 1920s and 1930s Czechoslovakia, for use during the Pre-Lenten or Carnival celebrations in New Orleans, Louisiana. With the pre-war invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1939, the Czech production of the glass necklaces was halted and was never again resumed.
