You are looking at / offerding on a vintage 1940-50\'s plastic orange and white roly poly man crib toy. He has rusted rattle bells for arms, and paint is slightly off his face and blue bow tie. His ring at the top of head is broken and there is trim at his waist missing....see the last two pictures. Please look at the pictures closely as part of the description.
