Vintage Doll 23\" Antique Repro German Pouty Character Heubach 7246 Compo Body

Sweet faced Heubach 7246. Beyond doubt, the best loved of all pouting dolls.

This beautiful German character doll has a bisque socket head, beautiful brown glass set eyes, upper and lower painted lashes and closed pouty mouth.
She has a 15 piece fully-jointed composition body and stands approx 23\" tall.
The body doesn\'t have a Seeley label, but appears to bea GB18.5S.
This is not a mass produced numbered doll, but a one of a kind artist doll.
This doll is exceptionally well painted.
Head is marked with sunburst and 7246 12. The artist signed with initials EKMacD 1985.
The body is in excellent condition, strung nicely and poses well.....NO cracks or broken fingers.

She has a beautiful brown wig with very long ringlet curls. It is pinned in place so that it can be changed if another color or style is wanted...I have added photos of her with a blonde wig so that you can see how she would look in one. The blonde wig is not included nor is the bunny rabbit.

She has a beautiful vintage creamy white organdy embroidered dress with lots of sweet detail.
It has a large Bertha collar edged in vintage lace with the same lace edging the sleeves. The collar is adorned with blue vintage picot ribbon.The skirt has 3 appliquéd flower bouquets in blue, pink, white and green.She also has a vintage white bonnet with a pink bow.She has a vintage half slip, white stockings and white shoes. She has lost her shoelaces.. All the clothing is in very good condition with no stains or holes.
