Vintage Presto All Purpose Paper Punch. Greenish gray metal punch with rubber bottom and built in ruler. Punch is adjustable. Punches aligned to punch a standard 3 hole page of paper, but punches can be moved or removed altogether. Punch was made by Metal Specialties Manufacturing Company of Chicago and is model number 53-B. Punch weighs 1 pound, 7 ounces. Punch is totally functional and would also complement any mid century modern desktop. Item is vintage and does show some wear on metal as seen in photos, but no rust.
