The pitcher is as you see in the photos. It has some wear and scratches that have some with age and handling. There is a notch at the top of the pitcher that shows in the photos that must have broken off while in storage. There are dark spots, light spots and bright spots almost like water markings. Ive tried to clean it but didnt want to damage it anymore than it might be..under the oval the words \"Woodbury Pewterers and under that a shield with the letters ATC (R)\".The ATC mark is for high quality pewter which contains only antimony, tin and copper....no lead! I used a measuring tape for the photos but the measurements are 7.5\" Tall, 6\" across the spout to the rim, the handle is about 5\" and the bottom is 4.5\" across. The pitcher is pretty heavy weighing in at 1lb 13oz. Any questions please ask!
