I believe this is a complete set, Mr. &  MRS. Seahorse plus baby and bubbles. The big ones are 5 7/8\" tall, the baby is 3 5/8\", the bubbles are 2 1/2\". The dad has a couple of teeny tiny chips on his hat, one on the brim &  one on the top edge. Check pics.
