Made of plaster-heavy duty-No makers info.

We added all NEW UL approved wiring, standard socket & cord-we didnt trust what was in it-very OLD set up.

This comes all ready for your choice of shade & bulb-(not supplied)

Measures 24\"H x 14\"W and 6.5\" base.
