This pair of Schuco \"action mice\" wind up toys are functioning and comes with a key. They are in very good condition for their age with no rust on metal ! When wownd, the mouse will lift a stein up and down to its mouth and his companion raises a ladder up and down. Both vibrate and turn in circles. The Mice have their original rubber tails and the felt covering, (including his ears, body, and pants) The ladder mouse has small holes in rear felt which often the case with old Schuco toys. This is an early Schuco mouse pair which have the closed tin feet (stamped Schuco Patent, Made U.S. Zone Germany) later versions had only felt pads for feet. The Mouse measures about 4 1/2” tall.
