Here is what i think was a rubber pencil topper or bottle stop that we found in my mother in laws desk. It is hard to read but looks like UNITED FEATURE SYNDICATE ,INC COPR. 1958 1966. It is dirty and will need cleaned up but condition and color are good. Thanks for looking !!! 03082017
