We are pleased to offer for sale this vintage Model 25 cornet. Horn is not labeled, and the ID comes from horn-u-copia. Serial number 127142, which puts it at about 1939. All original except the middle bottom valve cap. The horn is in AMAZING condition, with almost no plating wear to the silver or gold-washed bell, very tiny imperfections here and there, and a tiny pin-head ding right in front of the finger hook. The compression on the valves is still so tight that you can hear the hissing sound when you push them in. Spit valve corks are functioning, but you\'d probably want to replace them. Anyway, an amazing professional cornet from the golden era of Holton\'s production. Comes with choice of mouthpieces: Schilke 15, VBC 7C (no period), VBC 7C (small period), King 7M, Bach 3C (small letter) or Benge 7C. A great gift for your graduating senior!
