Vintage RCA Victor metal emblem is believedto have come from amidcenturyRCA Victor television remote control and is about 50 yearsold. The lightmetal emblem measures approximately1 3/8” length by 1” width x 1/8” thickness.

Nipper was the dog who served as the model for apainting titled His Master\'s Voice. This image was the basis for thedog-and-gramophone logo used by several audiorecording and associated brands which later were acquired by RCA.

The imageof, Nipper, a mixed fox/bull terrier, looking into a phonograph became aninternational symbol of quality and excellence for the Victor Talking MachineCompany and later RCA Victor.

This originalmidcentury logo is unique example of advertising which is closely associatedwith the RCA company. Nice display piece for vintageelectronics collector or to display withvintage RCA vinyl record collection.
