Vintage Red pekingese Mom & Puppies Chained Chain Japan 20040 Figure chalk ware?:

This is a gorgeous set of dogs chained together, mother and puppies. Red color with some black. The mothers face is so precious see photo for up close view. There are three small areas on the mother of paint loss, the chalk ware or ceramic is not chipped just the paint. There is also one small spot on one pup of paint loss. These conditions are minor and shown in the last few photos on this sale. They are not detrimental to the beauty of this set.

Mom is 5 1/4 inches tall and pups are 2 inches

There is a black sticker that says Japan on the bottom and the numbers 20040 printed on the item.

Not sure of the material this is made of so please look at the photos for reference.
