Up for your consideration is this old repousse sterling silver handled polished walking stick cane. I am not sure what the wood is. It has grain, but is very dark, possibly ebony It measures app 36 inches in length and is in excellent condition. I couldn\'t find any hallmarks or makers mark on this cane, but the handle appears to be sterling silver. The wood is very dense, super hard, and heavy with a mirror polished finish. This not only works great for walking stick, it would make a great piece for display. It weighs app 1 pound.
