Vintage Restored RCA 6JY 1A 45 RPM Record Player Changer:

This is a fully restored 1950\'s RCA 6JY 1A 45 rpm record changer. Motorboard was in such good condition it did not require painting or any touch up which is very very unusual. There is a very slight scratch from stylus on board but was unable to see it in any photos I took. If you zoom in on picture #5 you may be able to see it between front of tonearm and platter edge. Platter, Spindle, Spindle white cap, switch and tonearm polished to high gloss. New power cord and audio cable installed. All new Idler Wheel, not recoated. All new Cycle Cam tire installed not just recoated. New rubber motor mounts and new cartridge with diamond stylus installed for up to 800 hours of play, depending on record condition . Motor completely dismanteled and bearings soaked to clean out old hardened grease that slows motor down and lubricated with Turbine oil. All parts have been cleaned and lubricated and all adjustments made for proper record drop, stylus point of record contact for beginning of play and proper pick up point at end of play. You can stack as many as 15 45\'s on spindle for long continious play but depends on record thickness. This changer does not have a built in amp or speaker like the EY2 model but new audio cable plugs into a radio or home entertainment system that has a ceramic audio in connection.
