I take pictures and note serial numbers and weight (unboxed) of all items before shipping, so I know the condition when it leaves with the mailman. Unopened and sealed items must be returned unopened and sealed for refund. Refund is for highest offer amount minus restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. You may choose to include insurance on the return shipment in case it is damaged during shipment back to me. If item was damaged during shipment, please save all packaging materials (box, padding etc) and contact me, your item may be eligible for an insurance claim.
