Presenting an exceptional vintage plate produced by the quality English makers,
Royal Doulton, in their wonderfully appealing \"Leaves & Berries\" pattern dating to circa 1925.

This exquisite pattern was produced in several different colour combinations, each
appearing to be inspired by a different season. This exceptionally fine example is rendered
in wonderfully rich and vibrant Summer tones which just make you want to smile!A pattern of fresh green leaves and full, ripe berries covers the surface
of the plate, appearing atop a background coloured in rich blue and golden
yellow coloured with sunset pink highlights. The bold pattern is outlined in
rich black which really makes the vibrant colours pop! A thin band of forest
green trims the rim of the plate. perfectly completing this stylish piece.An exceptionally attractive colour combination and exuberant design that
remains just as appealing and contemporary as when it was first produced.This plate is presented in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks,
stains or repairs. There are a couple of exceptionally light and fine utensil marks from light
use, noticeable only on extremely close examination by angling the plate into bright raking
light but mentioned for complete accuracy. The colours remain wonderfully vibrant with no
fading or wear. This piece has been very well cared for and presents beautifully.This impressive plate measures just over 10 inches or 260mms in diameter.

This piece is beautifully stamped to the reverse with
a \"Royal Doulton Made in England D4792\" mark.
