This is such a stunning piece! Measuring about 14 x 6 x 6 inches, this incredible figurine features a richly detailed hunting dog, a setter, carrying a prize pheasant for his owner. This fine piece of art was created by Royal Dux, which is the more common name for the Duxer Porzellanmanufaktur, founded by E. Eichler in Dux, Bohemia (now Duchov, Czech Republic), in 1860. This is a 20th century piece, and has its original foil label, as well as all the appropriate markings on the bottom
