In good pre owned condition. Measures approximately 10\" long by 5\" wide and 4\' in height.

The tissue dispenses from his nose, \"very nose forward design\". Definitely a design a \"head\" of its time.

Made of cast iron and plastic. With slight wear consistant with age.
