He was the first bishop of Antioch (37-53), the founder and leader of the commune and the first bishop of Rome (Pope 30-64 or 33-67), and was executed there as a martyr.
Apostle Peter was born in Bethsaida, located on the shore of the Galilee Lake (Matthew 16: 17; John 1:42; 21: 15-17). Grows up in a poor family.
