You are offerding on a spectacular Russian gold bracelet by Andrei Stepanovitsch Bragin of St. Petersburg. The bracelet is 14k gold with diamonds and rubies. It is a very special and rare piece. Bragin did work for Faberge but I find no mark for them on it.
