Here is a very attractive and interesting vintage Russian/Soviet sterling silver and enamel hinged trinket or pill box. It measures about 1 7/8\" by 1 9/16\" by 5/8\". It is in excellent condition with no apparent issues. There is a little bit of surface tarnish. There are some minor fine lines to the base from tabletop contact. Hinge and latch work fine. It is marked \"925\" on the interior. A great piece for your collection. Please see photos.
