Nice old Art Deco toilet paper holder. Plated metal with matt finish on outside arms.Marked :SCOTT PAPER CO. CHESTER PA. U.S. PAT. NO. 1815068 CAN. PAT. 1931Very good clean , solid working condition. Strong spring tension plate ( see pic. #10, thin metal plate that runs parallel to right arm ) . Small push button on bottom right hand corner mover right arm back & forth for loading ( see pic. #9 &10 ).Measures 6\'\' long x 2 3/8\'\' high. Included are 2 old screws that were tied to the holder.
A great piece of American workmanship ready to be put back to work.
