Up for sale is stunning signed vintage Native American purple spiny oyster turquoise bead necklace with sterling silver cones and clasp. Done in the Southwestern style the alternating purple spiny oyster and turquoise beads, strung on a cloth whitish colored necklace string, compliment each other beautifully. This lovely necklace approximately weighs 25.7 grams and measures 19\" long. It\'s signed and hallmarked on the bottom of both sterling silver cones. It\'s marked STERLING under a picture of a sunrise. I\'m not sure if thus necklace was made by Sunrise Sterling jewelry or if the sunrise is just a decoration by the artist. This fine estate find is in good previously owned vintage condition. The purple spiny oyster beads and a few if the turquoise have obvious natural inclusions as to be expected with the spiny oyster. All stones are intact and present. The sterling cones are due for a polish but from what I can see with the patina they and the rest of the necklace have normal vintage surface wear for their age and use. The clasp is in good working order. Reserve for this sale is $95. I can only get out of work and make it to the post office before it closes once a week. I usually go either Monday or Tuesday.
