Up for sale is a vintage mechanical toy from Japan that is battery operated. It does not work when the batteries are in it. Yet, it is in such nice condition with the exception of Santa\'s hat being torn in the back. This toy is supposed to have the eyes light and bells rung. I am hoping someone who can tinker and fix it can save this old post war toy.
