There aretwo bracketsthick/ sturdy wire with threaded bottom ends. There are 3 threaded hand tighten round screws ( One is missing from one of the brackets ), however the round hand tighten screws are interchangeable between the two brackets.
This drill is in VERY GOOD to MINT CONDITION.
Appropriately moves up and down.
