You are offerding on a vintage set of 5 German made Erzgebirge miniature ladybug band figures produced in the 1970\'s.These delightful and whimsical pieces are in excellent condition with only minor paint chipping. (see photos)Althoughthe tops of the bases look they may be chipped they are not.They have reddish paint areas around the perimeter of eachof the wooden bases that matches the reddish colors used on the ladybugs and instruments.It was intentionally doneby theartist who painted them. These5 pieces havebeen instoragefor 40 years and come from a smoke free Environment. They each measure1 and1/4inches tall and the base is 1inch in diameter. They are hand painted wood miniatures with some wire pieces forextremitiesandwilldefinitely be the topicof conversation when anyonesees them.There is a band leader with baton andsheet music, a drummer, a cymbalsplayer,a base player,and a trumpeter.
