Listing is for rare beautiful vintage signed Reja sterling withgold overlay (or vermeil) rhinestone moth or bug brooch. It is constructed insterling silver with gold plating. Features large reverse set emerald greenunfoiled tear shaped glass faceted stone as body, pave set clear rhinestonesset in silver near the head and tiny red rhinestones as eyes in his small head.He is stamped “Reja” and “Sterling”. He measures approx 2” long and 1 ¾” wideat the widest point. His 3 dimensional design allows for a height of approx 1 ¼”.He is in great vintage condition with minimal wear to gold wash. All stones arepresent and appear original. He will come in the antique push button raspberryvelvet jeweler’s professional presentation box I received him in. He will becarefully wrapped and boxed to ensure his safe travel. [#D-180223]
