OLD PAWN VINTAGE NAVAJO SILVER SANDCAST CROSS PENDANT NECKLACE

Offered here is a lovely vintage NAVAJO heavy \'sandcast\' silver cross pendant set with natural turquoise. This is a genuine vintage Native American piece that was traded to a relative of mine many, many years ago in partial exchange for a car repair or construction work (he did both) by it\'s native owner. It has been in my family since. I\'m downsizing and this is one of the items I am letting go to another who will appreciate it\'s beauty.

Older dark patina on the silver from years of being stored. It would polish up beautifully if you prefer your silver shiny. This piece shows vintage wear from use.

This piece is marked with one unreadable stamp plus a \'B\'.

Measures approx. 1 5/8 x 1 1/8 inches. A nice heavy BOLD piece!

The cross symbol has a much deeper meaning than that of Christianity to many Native American tribes and predates interactions with Christian missionaries and the \'white man\' by thousands of years. The arms represents the four directions.

The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this piece. Perfect for a man or woman.
