Vintage Snap Leather/Vinyl Coin Change Purse- Rare Stamped KT43 Peacock Design:

Unfortunately I know little about this change purse. I was attracted to it because of how unique it is. Haven\'t been able to find out any information on it on the internet. The only markings I see are on the inside stamped KT 43. Don\'t want to guess on Era but I\'m sure the stamping probably gives a clue. Peacock design appears on both sides of purse.

As far as condition: The outside is a type of grained material (guessing leather but again not sure). In groves of grain is darker (part of charm). Inside is lined with red velvet material all in good shape. The interior pocket looks like it may have been elastic originally (not sure). If so it is stretched out, could also just be gathered that way. (see photo) Also appears to be hand painted. Not 100% sure but if you look at photos you will see what I mean. I apologize for not knowing more about this item. Very hard to find information - have been looking for mos. If you know something about it I would love to get the knowledge.
