Offered is a nice vintage (pre-1970s) South Carolina Sweetgrass Palmetto Pine Gullah Basket with a handle.
This is a nice smaller sized basket, measuring 7 1/2\" across and 6 1/2\" tall.
It shows a little wear from age. Please see pictures. This has some nicks to wraps around handle and slight dinginess to handle. Still a nice vintage collectible.

Note: An member more knowledgeable than I am about California Native American baskets informs me this is more likely a Maidu basket than Hupa/Karok/Yurok basket as I suggested above because of the use of red bud.
