You are offerding on avintage Sparky\'s 17 jewels men\'s wind upwristwatch. This watch does NOT work and needs to be serviced. The dial of the watch looks o.k. The crystal of the watch looks o.k. The top of the watch is gold filled over base metal. The back of the watch is base metal. When the watch does run for a second or two, the ring around the dial moves in a circular motion, There are rhinestone in these circles. Also, the red spot on the dial is a mystery second hand.
