Vintage Spreckels Sugar Factory Steam Whistle:

This vintage Lunkenheimer (I think!) was given to my Father-in-Law in the late 70\'s when he retired from Spreckels Sugar Company, Spreckels, CA. He had been a shift superintendent there for many years so theypresented this steam whistle to him from the plant mounted on this solidoak base. The brass whistle measures approx.15\" tall or 16-1/2\" with the pull (not including base)and 4\" in diameter bell.
