The head rings/taps hollow and it doesn\'t feel like celluloid, so I am guessing maybe some type of paper mache, composition. Looking under a sliver of jacket I see what looks like straw, but it feels solid. Resolution and color better in person. I am also selling other Christmas antiques and collectibles this week.
