This is a candy bowl stamped \"Sterling reinforced with cement\" on bottom. There is also an \"M\" 0299 makers stamp on the bottom, unfortunately unable to determine through research who the maker is.

The bowl is 3.25\" high and is 7.25\" across at the top.

Condition: very good, a few surface scratches, normal wear, no dimples. Needs to be polished.
