You are offerding on a vintage Sterling Silver Dance Card or Notebook with celluloid pages that do have some writing on them which you can see in my photos. It is stamped sterling and has a hallmark of a W with an arrow and a tiny O which I think is the Webster Hallmark. going through it. Minor wear scratches here and there. All parts work well. Cleaning and polishing is up to you since some people like the aged patina. The piece measures approx. 2\" long from the top of the bale and is approx. 1 3/4\" wide. The design is on both sides. One side has a hand engraved old english letter R on it. I love this piece.You make the determination on condition.\"Mouse\" over the photos for a good look at the condition..There is camera flash in some of the photos.
