Vintage GenuineWilliamsburg Restoration\'sStieff Pewter Tankard Mug,Model# GW55-17.Marked on base. This mug has a simple, graceful design characteristic of the designer. This has been gently used asthere are a few minor rub marks and light scratches to the base and interior. Needs some cleaning.The tankard measures: 3-1/2\" diameterx 4-3/4\" ht.Please see pictures for a better idea of the condition described herein.

Weoccasionally obtain items that would be of more value to collectors and othersthan to our recipients, and sometimes simply take a small quantity of donateditems and sell them on - proceeds from this sale is what funds ourefforts.

Customer Service

Booksfor America Customer Service is normally available during regular businesshours from our Virginia office. We are not normally open on weekends orholidays. While you may send us a customer service request at any time, pleasedo not expect any action to be taken on it outside our normal businesshours.

Wesend shipment confirmations, delivery confirmation numbers, and miscellaneoussupport communications by conventional e-mail. These notices may NOT appear inyour message queue. Be sure to check your registered e-mail address forthe most recent information regarding your shipment.We will send you ane-mail if we discover a problem with your order. We will give you two (2)business days to respond to that e-mail with instructions on how you want us toproceed. If we do not receive those instructions within that time, we willrequest cancellation from for your protection.

Shipping

We ship ONLY to the address given to us byPayPalat thetime of the order. We do not change shipping addresses after the order issubmitted.We will delayshipping and offer to cancel any un-shipped order where we are asked to changethe delivery address.

Wetypically ship orders within one (1) business day of receiving the order. Thisis not the same as delivery. Shipping is the time it takes to put your order inthe mail. Delivery is the time it takes for the US Postal Service to carry itfrom us to you. Within the 48 contiguous United States, we normally expectdelivery to be between four (4) and fourteen (14) business days from shipping,but may be as long as twenty-one (21) business days. Returns

Yoursatisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us regarding any problemsbefore leaving negative response (see Customer Service, above). Any defects,damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us withinfive (5) business days of receipt of the item or thirty (30) business days fromdate of shipment.

Ordersmay be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, regardless of thereason. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within thirty (30) businessdays of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported withinthirty (30) business days of Shipment Notification. Orders marked DELIVERED bythe USPS will be considered delivered. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, orinsufficient addresses will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item; wewill not re-mail returned items.
