Here is a Vintage BlackthornWalking Stick which is Straight, Not Curved, and whose Spikes are Not Sharp, but still bumpy. This piece is 34\" long, being constructed entirely of the wood itself. This Walking Stick is very Sturdy and Comfortable to hold and use. There is no bending, even when substantial weight is applied on the Top. While apparently used primary as a Walking or Swagger Stick, this Piece could easily have been used for defensive purposes as well as for support.
