Vintage Strasburg Rail Road Collector Plate. An unusual 1972 souvenir, dated:
$18.35

Here\'s an unusual Strasburg 7 1/4\" plate, labeled \"Strasburg Rail Road America\'s Oldest Short Line\". Of note is the varying scenes around the center, which differ from the common Strasburg souvenir plates. This one depicts Cherry Hill Station, a 1926 Plymouth Switcher, Strasburg Railroad Depot, The Road to Paradise, Decapod No. 90, and a 1908 Baldwin No. 31. It is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks or scratches and has no crazing. It does show a couple minor production flaws in some lettering, but not enough to take away from the overall appearance. The label on the back identifies it as coming from the Strasburg Railroad ShopJuly 19, 1972. This is a nice collectable plate for any rail enthusiast or will compliment any collection of Strasburg plates. Thanks for looking.
