I love the look of antique holiday decorations. The problem is should I make my mortage payment or buy an antique Christmas ornament?! They can be very dear! I\'ve always tried to make things that I can\'t afford, however I\'ve found these wonderful reproductions that I CAN afford and don\'t have to try to make! This way more people (me!) can get the look without taking out a second mortgage on the house. These are aged to look just like the antiques. These do seem quite a bit sturdier than the originals which I\'m really quite afraid to touch!

From the Dresden Star Collection at Bethany Lowe. You can probably tell by my store that I just love Dresdens. I\'m a crafter and can\'t resist trying to make anything and everything. But not everybody has the time, patience or dexterity to make things. Especially things where teeny tiny parts are necessary. That\'s what I like about this ornament! It\'s already made and it has the teeny tiny parts already glued on.

There is a glass ornament used for the base with Dresden decorations. On the mast of this goblin ship is a glittered scrap pumpkin and an owl in the \"crows nest\". There is a great antique looking gold tinsel at each end and a silver tinsel on each side, lametta is wrapped around the front of the ornament and the entire thing is wrapped with crinkle wire. There\'s even a little faded red chenille wrapped around.

New but does not have a box so price reflects that.

I kept taking picture after picture since the photos just didn\'t seem to do justice to this, so there are a lot!
