Vintage Smart Cart from Sun. Unfortunately, I cannot locate enough information on this ride on toddler toy to give it to you. However it is well made and is a late 60\'s early 70\'s toy from the construction and the material. Both plastic and metal and is in very good condition. The paint does have some spots needing touch ups but little to no rust on this toy.

Wheels pivot on both the front and back when you turn the steering wheel.
