Vintage Tama Rock Star 18 round x 16 inch deep tom in excellent condition. Circa 1980s I believe.
Hard to find floor tom in this size.
This drum is finished in gloss black with shell and chrome hardware all good to very good condition. Chrome hardware is very clean along with original legs. Black shell is in very good condition with some relatively minor scratches. Bearing edges in very good shape as is the shell interior.
Remo Pin Stripe top head and newer Remo Renaissance resonate head. There are a few pieces of foam on the inside of the heads for dampening purposes -- these can be easily and cleanly removed if desired.
This drum provides a warm, punchy tone with lots of resonance and a wide tuning range. Amazing low end as you can imagine.
