This is the first water globe I have come across that is on a tea cup how cool . There is no maker I could find when you turn it over it does has some sparkle and is

over 3/4 full . There is a place where the paint is loose on a few spots and flea bites not perfect yet still has life . Pleasenote I will do my best to pack it safely the top or globe is a tad loose and could used glued just letting you know .It measures a pad over 4 inched tall and 3 inches wide to handle at base the water globe is 2 1/2 round I am Happy to combine items to save $ on shipping Happy Spring
