For sale is a very rare Tiffany & Co. Screw Nut Bolt Pill Box or Container Case. The pill box is shaped like a screw with a nut as the twist off top. Condition is very good consistent with age and inside gold wash is in very good condition. The pill box is hallmarked Tiffany & Co. STERLING on the underside of screw top as seen in picture. Included is a Tiffany drawstring bag. The last one of these I had came with provenance that dated it to sometime between 1950s-early 1960s.

Measurements are approximately 1.25 inches high and 1 inch wide at the widest part of screw top.
