VintageHandcrafted LargeWood CanoeAppears to be from one of the New Guinea / Polynesian / Pacific Islands
3 feet and 2 \" long7 1/2\" wide at widest point17\" high at tallest on canoe.I am not sure what type of wood it is made out of.The two side monkeys on the tips of the canoe are not attached but carved out of the same piece of wood as the canoe.There is two wood stands that the canoe sits on. The stands are attached to the canoe.
The figures are alsohand-carved from the same wood and then attached to the canoe\'s floor.
This is a greatuniquepiece!Condition: Overall condition is really nice. There is a long crack on one of the side monkeys by it\'s neck which I show in the pictures. Also there is some on the bottom where the base attaches to the canoe. Try to show in pictures for you to see.Becauseyou offer on the piece without actually being able to hold it and see it in person I try really hard to be as accurate as I can in description and with my pictures. In most cases trying to give you a 360 degree viewof the item.
