Sweet vintage decorative tin watering can from J. Chein and Company 1950\'s
Gold can with a hand painted raised embossed rose on each side.
The roses are red with gold highlights
Very pretty piece
The can is in very nice condition considering it\'s age
There are a couple little dents in the spout and 3 tiny pinholes in the bottom
It is for decorative use as is, but I\'m sure it could be repaired if you really wanted to use it.
J. Chein & Company was an American toy manufacturer in business from 1903 through the 1980s. It is best remembered today for its mechanical toys made from stamped and lithographed tin produced from the 1930s through the 1950s.
