We ship it with FRAGILE marked all over it. All of our shipments, except for 3 (which is 0.20%) have arrived safe and in perfect condition! But if for some chance it is broken, rest assured, it is insured! All you need to do is follow our procedures outlined below and we are both covered. • Multiple purchases will be combined in the checkout system when possible. Some items may not be applicable for combined shipping if they are too large to ship in one package.

Shipping

· We will only charge you the actual cost to ship your purchase to you. will probably give you a much higher quote for shipping. We highly recommend you not pay your bill until we invoice you (unless it is a flat rate price). Once we invoice you, please pay promptly! If you do pay prior to invoicing, we will refund you any of the shipping allowance that was not utilized (check our response…you’ll see many customers comment that we refund shipping charges).

Return Policy

• If you have an issue, please contact us through first before leaving response.Your satisfaction is our #1 goal!

• Items may be returned if there is a gross misrepresentation of the product and you must contact us within 14 days of arrival.

• There is a 15% restocking fee for any return.

• If return is due to shipping damage, buyer must comply with all requirements that USPS or FedEx requires of them for returns (Ex.: keep all packing materials, let carrier inspect product, etc.). Buyer also agrees to take pictures of the broken item and box and email them to the seller. Buyer agrees to take pictures of damaged box, prior to opening the box. Items that are damaged via shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery in order for a refund (this is in order to file a timely claim with the shipper).

• All return shipping fees are paid at the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping fees unless it is refunded by USPS or FedEx.
