This was used on a WWI or WWII era United States Navy submarine. Industrial depth to keel compound gauge. This is a large example of a submarine depth gauge. It measures 9 5/8\" diameter and 2.75\" deep. Original glass in wonderful condition. Face unscrews for mounting and calibrating. Wonderful wartime nautical collector item in just about perfect condition. This is a centerpiece for a collection. They do not come up for sale often. This beast weighs over 8.5lbs.
