Uncle Sam Pez Dispenser (no feet) is in good condition with some flaws from age and use. The hat is stained (could be water damage), hair on sides of top hat is slightly coming away from the head. Some flaws in plastic around lips on face. Head of dispenser is a little loose. Spring for opening and closing the dispenser is tight and in good working order. Great piece for any Pez collection!
